Cecilia Turner – President
Cecilia Turner brings leadership and managerial skills to guide ICommsm in securing, managing, and sustaining relationships with its clients as well as overseeing live shopping channel relationships. A 22-year veteran of the direct-response television business, Ms. Turner has been instrumental in developing and growing IComm’s business.
Cecilia graduated from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia with a degree in English and Communications. She previously served as VP of International for American Telecast Products, where she grew the international business for such notable DR brands as Total Gym. She began her career at Media Arts/National Media Corp., which later became Quantum International, where she was a pioneer in the industry’s earliest international distribution.
Cecilia currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA).
Todd Smith –International Sales Manager
Todd Smith is responsible for the day to day sales of ICommsm products to distributors around the world. His responsibilities include: presentation of ICommsm products to distributors or buyers, maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors, establish and implement long and short term strategies to drive sales for ICommsm products, and investigate necessary approvals and registrations for products in order to sell or import into a specific market.
Mr. Smith is a senior sales and merchandising manager with over 20 years experience in numerous product categories and distribution channels.
Lauren Leisenring – Senior Account Executive, Live Shopping
Lauren began her direct response marketing career in the beauty buying office at QVC where she worked on such successful brands as Proactiv, philosophy, Dr. Denese, Clientele, L’Occitane, and Victoria Principal, to name a few. Additionally she worked in the health & fitness categories, on such high-profile accounts as NutriSystem and Total Gym. After 5 years with QVC, Lauren went on to work for international natural beauty-care giant, Yves Rocher, where she managed all direct response customer acquisition efforts for North America across the print and television online marketing channels, including the development and successful launch of the brand’s first U.S. DRTV program. The focus of her career has been marketing products directly to consumers via an integrated, multi-channel approach.
Casey Smith – Account Executive/Business Development
Casey’s role is dedicated to IComm’s relationship with ShopNBC in the product sourcing and product development area. He is responsible for recruiting and setting up new vendors to work with ShopNBC, as well as assisting in the management of existing vendor accounts. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from West Chester University with a focus in Business.
Sylvie Ashby – Account Manager, Vietnam
Sylvie’s responsibilities are to manage and support all aspects of the business with our exclusive distributor in Vietnam, sourcing consumer products, managing suppliers, and coordinating purchasing efforts with Operations and Logistics Departments.
Prior to joining IComm, Sylvie worked for the international natural beauty care giant, Yves Rocher, in Purchasing and Local Manufacturing at their North American Headquarters.
Sylvie has more than 5 years of experience in international purchasing and local manufacturing in the beauty industry.
Sylvie studied at the University of Caen, France and holds a degree in E.S.L., English as a Second Language, and Economics. A native of France, Sylvie is bilingual with knowledge of Spanish.
Tram Vo – Operations and Logistics Manager
Tram Vo is responsible for Operations/Logistics including processing orders, shipping and connecting suppliers to customers. Ms. Vo holds an Associate degree in Administration and B.S degree in Computer Sciences from Laval University, Quebec, Canada. A native of Vietnam, Tram is fluent in both Vietnamese and French. Prior to joining IComm, she worked at BYL Company Inc. in West Chester, PA.
Her responsibilities include: processing and tracking of orders; communicating with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis; and managing all transactions, packaging, shipments and payments in a smooth and timely manner.
Tara Pham – Accountant
Tara Pham is responsible for IComm’s accounting functions, including order processing and general financial reporting. Prior to joining ICommsm, Ms. Pham worked for Sysco Food Service, Inc. and Frito Lay, Inc. in Kansas City. A native of Vietnam , Tara also has experience in trade consulting for that country. She graduated with a degree in English from the Hanoi Institute of Foreign Studies and received an MBA from Washburn University.
Jody Van Bremen – Marketing Assistant
Jody Van Bremen is responsible for providing administrative and general marketing assistance for the President and the sales and marketing staff. Ms. Van Bremen holds a degree in Psychology from Waynesburg College, and comes to ICommsm with 10 years of combined office experience in varied fields.
Her responsibilities include: developing various marketing materials; organizing sales and marketing information; maintaining distributor database; maintaining artwork library for all products; acquiring substantiation for products; updating and maintaining the company website; and communicating with a diverse group of clients, vendors, and outside contacts.
Edwin P. Garrubbo
As CEO of IComm’s parent, Creative Commerce, LLC, Ed assists with strategy and planning. Prior to forming Creative Commerce, Ed was the CEO of American Telecast Products, LLC. His oversight and insights on more than a dozen celebrity-driven direct response television campaigns, including Christie Brinkley and Chuck Norris for Total Gym, Suzanne Somers, Cher, Victoria Jackson and Jane Fonda to name a few, helped make ATP into a premiere multi-channel marketer of consumer products. While at ATP, he also negotiated the sale of its $100 million media buying subsidiary to a private equity firm. Currently, Ed serves as the Immediate Past Chairman for the Board of Directors of the Electronic Retailing Association, in Washington, D.C. and is a founding Board member of ERA Europe. Early in his career, Ed served as an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Venable, LLP, in its Advertising, Marketing and New Media Practice Group.
Linda Cook – Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Linda is responsible for providing executive assistance to the CEO of Creative Commerce and the President of ICommsm. She works closely with our attorney and controller, providing spreadsheets on a monthly basis. She also manages the day to day duties for the office.
Linda comes to us with over 30 years of experience and is a graduate of New Castle Business College. Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Linda spent 20 years at QVC working with upper management and is accustomed to communicating with celebrities, vendors, inventors and executives from other companies.
Sheila T. Williams-Counsel
Sheila is primarily responsible for the negotiation, drafting and maintenance of IComm’s contracts. She also provides general legal counsel to the company. Sheila has numerous years of experience practicing law in the areas of employment and commercial litigation, education law and contracts. She graduated cum laude from Villanova University and earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
